Week of  July 6 | Laurie R. King

Laurie R. King won the Edgar Award for best first mystery novel in 1993 for her novel A GRAVE TALENT. Two years later she published THE BEEKEEPER'S APPRENTICE, introducing the world to Mary Russell, her fictional character who meets, then marries, Sherlock Holmes.

The Mary Russell series has become a best-selling series, and rightfully so. Laurie and I discuss Mary Russell and Sherlock Holmes' newest adventure in LOCKED ROOMS, the eighth entry in the series. I hope you enjoy our discussion.
